Version 0.6.x is focusing on expanding the GUI functionality to include all
the fundamental monitoring and stats functionality.

Added row Color Highlighting to peer node table signifiying activity / idle time
Created an "aging" process that highlights peer nodes with new projects a bright blue, with time they dim to dark blue, then black showing inactivity.
If a peer node is inactive for a long period of time ( >600 seconds) it turns degrees of red signifying that there may be a problem with
the peer node's network connectivity, or the peer node itself... Of course, if all the peer nodes turn red, this probably signifies
a super-node down time.
